Luxury Design Facility holds monthly 2nd Tuesday Program
Monday June 3, 2013 – Houston TX – The Houston Design Center (7026 Old Katy Road) will close its Winter/Spring 2nd Tuesday Lecture Program seasons with presentations featuring outdoor living. The 2nd Tuesday programs will resume in September.
The schedule follows:
Bringing the Indoors Out, Integrating professional garden design into residential projects,
with Glenwood Weber, Principal, Glenwood Weber Design
With the growing popularity of outdoor kitchens and expansive exterior living spaces, the emphasis on indoor to outdoor design congruity is at its peak. Glenwood Weber will discuss the best practices to maximize the potential of your residential projects by incorporating the expertise of the garden professional. The program will be hosted by Leisure Collections Showroom 154

Outdoor Living – New trends in Outdoor Kitchens & Amenities

Green Platinum .1 CEU is a case study and analysis of the 1st home in Houston Texas to attain a L.E.E.D. Platinum rating. This course will identify the strategies and design concepts that enabled it to achieve its L.E.E.D. Platinum status. This CEU meets the 1 hour TBAE Sustainability requirement.
