Architect & Interior Designer

LLI is seeking a qualified Architect and Interior Designer to play a key roles in developing construction documentation and interior furnishings from concept to completion for our diverse clientele. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Production of schematic design, design development and construction documents.
  • Oversee construction phases of projects.
  • Communicate with and coordinate the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors, team members.


  • Licensed Architect
  • Professional experience required.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office SketchUp or other 3D Modeling.
  • Animation/Rendering computer graphics programs a plus.


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Produce space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation
  • Selecting and implementing interior FF&E
  • Working with/within budgets
  • Oversee installation of projects.


  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office.
